Privacy Email Send a written data request to our privacy address. Include your registered email and the specific data action you need — access, correction or deletion. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours and aim to resolve it in full within 30 days.
Live Chat Open the chat widget on any page and select 'Privacy Request' from the topic menu. A support agent will log your request, verify your account identity and pass the case to our data team the same business day.
In-Account Request Form Log into your account, head to Settings, and choose 'My Data'. From there you can download a copy of your profile data or submit a deletion request directly — no additional contact needed for standard data exports.

Every connection between your browser or app and our servers uses TLS 1.3. This means the data you enter — registration details, payment amounts, session actions — cannot be read by third parties during transmission, whether you are on Wi-Fi or mobile data.

We use three categories of cookies: strictly necessary (these cannot be switched off), analytics (aggregated, anonymised), and marketing. You can adjust analytics and marketing cookies at any time through the cookie settings panel linked in the footer of every page.

Account Verification Steps

Before we process a withdrawal to UPI or Paytm, we verify the account holder's identity against the details supplied at registration. This step protects you from unauthorised withdrawal requests and is applied consistently regardless of withdrawal amount.

Data Retention Schedule

Session logs: 90 days. Transaction records: retained for the period required by applicable law in the jurisdictions where we operate. Account profile data: kept while your account is active and deleted within 60 days of a confirmed deletion request.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with service providers who are necessary to operate the platform — payment processors like UPI, Paytm and PhonePe networks, fraud-prevention services, and hosting infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or submit a deletion request at any time. Use the in-account Settings panel, the live chat widget, or email our privacy team — all three paths trigger the same 30-day resolution process.

We collect your name, email address, date of birth and phone number at registration. Once you start transacting, we also log payment method tokens (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe), deposit and withdrawal amounts, and device identifiers tied to each session.
